| Ironworking is an inherently hazardous
occupation. Spending over $2 million dollars PER YEAR
to train our members on the fundamentals of our industry and
upgrading experienced members on the latest technological
changes requires an enormous financial investment. Working with
our contractors, we have made the decision that it is money well
spent. These contractors must compete against a proliferation of
industry related contractors whose idea of training is sticking
people on a job where they'll learn by their mistakes...and at
the expense of that project's owner.
For proof that "on-the-job" training is
the norm for our competitors
JH
Ensuring first-class workmanship to the
many owners who utilize our contractors' services is our mutual
mission.

Any prospective owners who may be deciding
between the low cost of unrepresented workers who are not
offered any comprehensive training, versus the
utilization of our trained, experienced, and highly motivated
contractors and workers, are welcome to cold call our training
programs at any time. For a schedule of upcoming
apprenticeship classes or journeymen upgrading classes call

While a picture may
be worth a thousand words, a visit to witness our training
first-hand will remove all doubt that you get what you pay for!
