Eighteen-month-old Kristen Hoenshell has a rare and aggressive form of cancer. What began as a tumor behind her eye has led to surgery and 38 weeks of weekly visits to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she receives powerful doses of chemotherapy that leave her weak and occasionally sick.

Yesterday, when she showed up for another round of treatment, she was greeted by something special. HB 108

Private Right of Action (PRA)

It's time for
New Hampshire legislators to stop the cheating in the construction industry

NH legislators will not move on this unless their constituents CONTACT them and tell them how important this is to our industry and YOUR future.

If you live in NH, but are not sure who your legislators (State Representatives and State Senators) are

A letter is coming to all New Hampshire members in the mail. Please follow through with the instructions. The stimulus package is going to create a lot of bridge work. We must eradicate the cheating on workers compensation classification. Contractors should be bidding on a level playing field. ONLY YOU can make that happen. Contact your state senator and state representative and ask them "Why they are are playing politics with HB 108..." We need it passed and we need it now...
